Shippan Landing

Our team was brought on to help envision the “Winter

Garden”an amenities hub connecting office buildings in

Stamford, CT. The client’s goal was to prevent Shippan

Landing habitants from exposure to the elements when

traveling from building to building, and to develop a new

events center.

The Winter Garden includes a micromarket, espresso and

juice bar, and open lounge seating area surrounded by full

height windows displaying a view of the Long Island Sound.

Our scope of work also included a 1,700 SF light cooking,

three station electric kitchen. The stations include made-to-

order salad, grill, and open action, with plans for a future

hood. The space also features an undercounter kegerator

for after hour events.
