Inside Park at
St. Bart's
Manhattan, NY
Located inside St. Bartholomew’s, the 100-year old church on Park Avenue in Manhattan, NY, Inside Park pays deep respect to the look and details of the Great Hall that it has replaced, as well as to the comforts and pleasures of contemporary diners.
When elite | studio e was approached by Inside Park’s culinary team to work on this project, the goal was to conceptualize the conversion of the Great Hall’s stage to a wine bar. Our team embraced the richness of the wood and architectural details as we designed a floorplan, selected finishes and created renderings.
Once the design was approved, our team was given the green light to create technical drawings. This was an involved process as, in 2016, St. Bart’s was named a National Historic Landmark for its significance as an important example of early 20th-century ecclesiastical architecture. When delivering and installing equipment our team had to preserve the historic character of the building while adapting the stage to support the Entoria Wine Bar.
From an equipment perspective, the Napa wine dispensing station is a focal point. It is a state of the art wine extraction system that allows Inside Park to pour world class wines, not normally offered by the glass. The Enotria Wine Bar opened in early 2019.
