Charter Communications
Stamford, CT
Due to a recent surge in its growth, Charter Communications needed a larger space that could meet the needs of its increased head count.
Three buildings comprise the new 900,000-square-foot campus. Building One features a top-floor executive suite and 12 floors of office space. Wellness amenities included a full-service cafe, grab-and-go station, and outdoor terraces. Building Two features seven floors of office space and 94,000 square feet of amenity space, including a two-level fitness center and juice bar. The towers are connected by a third structure, which serves as a welcoming point for employees and visitors.
Ranked as one of the largest offices complexes built in the state of Connecticut, the foodservice program features five touchpoints. As a result, Charter Communications became the first location where elite | studio e implemented it’s decentralized dining solution. This solution offers a variety of environments like a food hall, but it is scalable for populations that vary daily, decreases menu fatigure and provides a unique labor model for the operator.
