elite|studio e was brought on board by the operator to develop a new marketplace. What began solely as a conceptual design, including renderings and virtual reality walkthroughs, turned into a first floor gut renovation. Our team collaborated with TIAA, the architect and the operator to ensure design synergy between the food hall, other amenities and lobby.

Utilizing our conceptual food hall design as a starting point, elite|studio e finalized the offering and other finishing touches with the client and operator. The architect inserted it into the building model to allow for easy collaborating between the two teams. In addition, even though each food stall would have its own like, the architect ensured the finishes coordinated throughout the first floor and relied on elite|studio e to provide foodservice and Department of Health compliance. 

In addition to providing the food hall and back of house design, 

elite|studio e was on boarded as a design/build partner.
